Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome patients in a warm and professional manner.
- Manage appointment scheduling and patient inquiries efficiently.
- Maintain accurate patient records and manage billing processes.
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure a smooth and positive experience for patients.
- Actively participate in practice initiatives to meet targets and improve service delivery.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous dental reception experience in a private practice is essential.
- Exceptional customer service and engagement skills.
- Treatment coordinator experience is welcomed and will be considered for progression opportunities.
- A reliable and punctual team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
