Must have FLT Licence Working Hours • Monday–Friday, 05:00–13:30 • Overtime available • Some flexibility required; occasional weekend support if needed Key Responsibilities • Operate, clean, and maintain production machinery to agreed targets • Receive, store, load, and dispatch raw materials and finished goods • Complete Goods In checks and all production/quality documentation • Ensure full compliance with GMP, food safety, quality, and hygiene standards • Record yields, checks, and performance data accurately • Support production teams and maintain smooth operational flow • Act as cover for the Team Leader during absence (additional pay applies) Additional Duties • Day-to-day operation of jar filling and/or bulk filling lines • Provide on-shift leadership and support continuous improvement Skills & Experience (Desirable) • Experience in food manufacturing or FMCG • Strong understanding of GMP and food safety standards • Ability to lead by example and support team development • FLT licence Benefits (Post-Probation) • 28 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays • Company events and complimentary products • Modern, friendly working environment
