Overview
Administrator - Wealth Management. Hybrid working, based partly from home and partly from our Salisbury office. Succession Wealth is a leading independent financial planning and wealth management business in the UK and part of the Aviva Group. We have over 800 employees and 200 Wealth Planners providing services to individuals and corporate clients across the UK.
We have a fantastic opportunity for an organised and competent Administrator to join our Client Delivery team. You will work as part of a high‑performing administration team supporting our Wealth Planners to deliver excellent service and outcomes for our clients. The primary purpose of the role is to support a portfolio of high net worth clients by processing new business applications, tracking to completion, liaising with wealth planners and paraplanners, and ensuring our client information database is accurate at all times.
Responsibilities
* Coordinate the Planners' diaries and arrange client meetings
* Use a variety of investment platforms and IT systems to administer the wealth management process
* Ensure all data entry is completed accurately and within specified timelines
* Take ownership and accountability for administration including maintaining correct client records
Qualifications
* Minimum of 2 years experience in a fast-paced administrative role
* Good literacy and numeracy skills with a high degree of accuracy
* Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
* Desirable NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration
