Production Manager – GxP / Cleanroom Manufacturing

Are you an experienced Production Manager or Operative with a strong background in GxP and Clean Room environments? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a cutting-edge, forward-thinking manufacturing organisation operating in a brand-new, state-of-the-art facility in the heart of the English countryside.
Our client is a dynamic and innovative company focused on the development of high-quality, specialist products. As they continue to expand, they are seeking a highly capable Production Manager to lead day-to-day operations within a regulated cleanroom manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Clean Room Production Operations:
* Lead and manage the production team in a GxP-regulated cleanroom environment.
* Organise production space and workflow, ensuring manufacturing processes run efficiently and to schedule.
* Oversee maintenance and operation of production equipment.
* Ensure hygiene and cleanliness standards are maintained to the highest level.
Quality & Compliance:
* Enforce GxP standards across all production activities.
* Support documentation creation, review and implementation.
* Act as subject matter expert during audits, inspections, and internal quality investigations.
* Participate in equipment qualification, validation and training initiatives.
* Identify and raise deviations, lead root cause analysis, and implement CAPA actions.
* Work closely with Quality Assurance, Quality Control, R&D and Commercial teams to ensure timely product release.
Health & Safety:
* Ensure adherence to HSE regulations and internal policies.
* Support safety audits, risk assessments, and reporting of incidents or near misses.
* Ensure compliance with procedures for the handling and disposal of regulated materials.
Candidate Profile:
* Proven leadership or supervisory experience within a GxP-compliant manufacturing environment.
* Strong background in cleanroom operations.
* Degree in a relevant scientific or engineering discipline.
* Confident managing change in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
* Excellent communication, team leadership and organisational skills.
