Job Details
Job Title: Helpdesk Co-ordinator
Location: Birmingham, West Midlands
Job Type: Full-Time (4 days on, 4 days off, 7:00am to 7:00pm)
Salary: GBP 15.79 per hour (including holiday pay)
Start Date: ASAP
Requirement: Candidate must have a DBS check
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to incoming calls and emails, logging and managing service requests efficiently.
* Prioritise and dispatch work orders to engineers, ensuring timely completion.
* Monitor job progress and maintain accurate records.
* Identify and resolve failed or at-risk jobs promptly.
* Collaborate with internal teams and external contractors to resolve queries.
* Provide high-quality customer service with professionalism.
Qualifications and Skills
* Experience in delivering excellent customer service, preferably in a helpdesk or call centre.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Ability to work independently and in a team.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and service management systems.
* Highly organised with multitasking abilities.
Shift Pattern
* 4 days on / 4 days off
* 12-hour shifts: 7:00am – 7:00pm
