Role Overview
We are recruiting for an Account Director to lead the strategic management, growth, and profitability of a portfolio of key client accounts within the Central London area. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, building long-term relationships, ensuring excellent service, and identifying opportunities for contract development. Our client delivers IFM services across high-end workspaces and prestigious landmark buildings. Key responsibilities include:
* Develop and nurture strong, strategic relationships with key client stakeholders, including senior management, facilities teams, and end-users.
* Implement comprehensive account plans to optimize service delivery, enhance client satisfaction, and foster organic growth.
* Collaborate with the business development team to identify and develop commercial opportunities.
* Manage full P&L responsibilities (approx. 10 million) across the portfolio, ensuring revenue, margin, and profitability targets are met or exceeded.
* Develop value-added services and promote a service first mindset within the delivery team.
* Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing, multidisciplinary account team, including Account Managers, Facilities Managers, and administrative staff.
We seek a highly client-facing, collaborative, and service-focused leader with experience in workplace, corporate services, or high-end office environments. Experience with remote or EMEA IFM delivery is highly desirable.
