Nursery Manager Location: Yorkshire and the Humber, West Yorkshire, Leeds Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time Salary: £95 - £105 per day Primary Industry: Education and Training Job Duties: Oversee the daily operation of the nursery Manage staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards Create and maintain a safe, nurturing environment for children Communicate effectively with parents and families Handle administrative tasks such as budgeting, reporting, and record-keeping Required Qualifications: Level 3 practitioner qualification Previous experience in a managerial role within a nursery setting Strong knowledge of early years education and development Excellent communication and leadership skills Education: Level 3 childcare/practitioner qualification Experience: Previous managerial experience in a nursery setting Knowledge and Skills: Understanding of early years education and development Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to manage staff and maintain a positive work environment Working Conditions: Work in a nursery setting, potentially involving long hours and interaction with children and their families.
