8. Maximise Impact: Accelerate productivity and cost savings, securing materialmitments from each airline in addition to the initial adoption by BA
9. Influence & Align: Build consensus and drive change among diverse stakeholders, oveing barriers to group-wide adoption.
10. Shape Strategy: Set product vision, prioritise features, and ensure the suite stays ahead of industry benchmarks
What You Bring
11. Product Leadership: Proven experience in product management, ideally in AI, aviation (specifically MRO), orplex enterprise tech.
12. Agile Delivery Expertise: a deep understanding of how to successfully apply Agile in a FTSE 100 enterprise, gained through practical hands-on experience
13. Structure and Discipline: ensure optimal organisation and transparent reporting accessible by C-Suite executives
14. Stakeholder Influence: Exceptional ability to drive consensus and managepeting priorities across business units.
15. Execution Excellence: Track record of delivering results in high-velocity, transformation-driven environments.
16. Technical Acumen: Strong grasp of AI/ML concepts and their application to operational optimisation.
17. Clear,pellingmunicator—able to engage execs, engineers, and frontline teams alike.
Prior to Experience:
18. Has worked as a consultant or colleague within FTSE100 organisations or equivalent
19. Intrapreneurial experience desirable
