You will assist with the preparation of learning resources, classroom organisation, and daily routines. Supporting pupils’ academic progress, behaviour, and emotional wellbeing will be central to your role, ensuring children feel safe, supported, and encouraged to succeed.
The role will involve supporting pupils with a range of abilities, including those with additional learning needs. You will help adapt activities to meet individual needs and provide encouragement and reassurance throughout the school day.
Strong relationships with pupils, colleagues, and parents are highly valued. You will be part of a supportive staff team that works collaboratively to create a positive learning environment where every child feels valued.
