Your responsibilities:
* Work closely with duty managers to maintain high standards throughout all operations
* Take charge of shifts and services, making sure everything runs smoothly
* Support the completion of checklists and cleaning schedules in a timely manner
* Oversee the dining experience and support the team with guest enquiries
* Inspire and mentor your team members, helping them reach their full potential
* Drive sales, boost revenue and achieve those targets like a champion
* Create a positive team environment that embraces change and fuels growth
* Make sure our amazing staff are engaged, happy, and well taken care of
What you need to bring to the table:
* Previous experience in a restaurant, bar or food and beverage establishment
* A genuine passion for providing great customer service and creating unforgettable guest experiences
* Excellent interpersonal skills that can light up a room and inspire others
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to thrive even when the pressure is on
* Due to the nature of this role you must be over 18
