An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Business Partner to join a fast-paced, high-profile news and media organisation undergoing significant transformation.
This newly created role will play a pivotal part in supporting a major operating model redesign, working closely with senior leaders and HR colleagues to shape the future of international teams and deliver effective organisational change across a global network.
Key Responsibilities
* Partner with senior leadership and project teams to deliver complex change programmes within a large, fast-moving division.
* Lead HR workstreams across the transformation, ensuring alignment between HR, legal, and operational teams.
* Support and coach managers through redundancy and reorganisation processes, including planning, consultation, and implementation.
* Manage HR delivery timelines, balancing legal compliance and business priorities.
* Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders, including trade unions and staff groups, to ensure transparent communication and positive engagement.
* Collaborate with internal legal and HR operations teams to interpret advice, assess risk, and develop pragmatic, people-focused solutions.
* Track and report on key milestones, maintaining clear visibility of project progress.
About You
You’ll be a seasoned HR Business Partner with a track record of leading HR delivery through periods of transformation within large, complex, and ideally international organisations. You’ll bring:
* Proven experience managing redundancy, reorganisation, and consultation processes.
* Strong stakeholder management skills and the confidence to influence at senior levels.
* A pragmatic, commercially minded approach to risk and decision-making.
* The ability to work at pace, managing ambiguity and shifting priorities.
