Salary: £28,371.20 - £30,000.00 (depending on experience)

Role Accountabilities
* Follow and enact CSG Group Health & Safety policies at all times
* Plan efficient and cost-effective vehicle scheduling and routing of collections to maximise utilisation
* Plan efficient driver and operative resources for allocated areas
* Complete all necessary paperwork for collections in both paper and digital formats
* Work with the CPC Holder to ensure full transport compliance including vehicle maintenance and driver hours
* Work with regional administration to ensure smooth and efficient transport administration
* Provide a high level of customer service to both external and internal customers
* Work collaboratively with managers across the business to meet transport requirements
* Ensure all training requirements for drivers are up to date
The Candidate
Essential Requirements
* Commitment to compliance with CSG's Health & Safety standards
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Good communication skills
* Competent in the use of computer systems
* Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment
Desirable Skills
* Experience of working in the waste sector
* Knowledge of ADR and transport requirements of Dangerous Goods
* Familiarity with Salesforce, Field Service or similar work planning systems
* Holder of CPC Qualification or willingness to gain this
* Experience of working in a transport office
