Job Description
As a Private Client Legal Executive/Solicitor/Partner your duties will include:
3. Provide expert advice and guidance to private clients on a range of matters.
4. Draft and review documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
5. Manage a caseload of private client matters, ensuring timely and efficient resolution.
6. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering tailored solutions.
7. Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and best practices within the department.
8. Conduct research to support case preparation and decision-making.
9. Represent clients in negotiations and mediations where required.
10. Ensure all work adheres to the company's policies and regulatory requirements.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Private Client Legal Executive/Solicitor/Partner should have at least 2 years experience in dealing with private client matters.
