The post holder will ensure effective and appropriate interventions are carried out to support student welfare, safeguarding and attendance. This will involve working alongside students and their families, as well as external agencies. You will have the ability to offer calm, appropriate and supportive advice to ensure the highest level of support for our students and families in line with the expectation and ethos of the Academy.
