Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Massage Specialist to join our day spa. The successful candidate will ensure the highest standards of service and client satisfaction. This role requires impeccable time-keeping, excellent attendance, and a strong drive and ambition for the beauty and wellness industry.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide a range of massage and body treatments to clients, maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and care.
* Ensure all treatments are performed in compliance with spa protocols and industry standards.
* Maintain accurate records of client treatments and ensure confidentiality.
* Collaborate with the spa manager and other department heads to develop and promote spa services and packages.
* Uphold impeccable time-keeping and attendance standards.
* Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in the beauty and wellness industry.
Qualifications:
* NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy or equivalent.
* Minimum of 3 years of experience as a beauty therapist and massage specialist.
* Strong passion for the beauty and wellness industry.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Ability to motivate and inspire a team.
* Proficiency in various massage techniques and beauty treatments.
* High level of professionalism and client care.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Additional certifications in specialised massage techniques or beauty treatments.
* Previous experience in a high-end spa environment.
