In this role you will be supporting the full payroll lifecycle, ensuring accuracy, compliance, project duties on an ad hoc basis, and timely delivery across multiple payroll systems within a team-based environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver accurate, end-to-end payroll processing across multiple payrolls, ensuring timely and compliant paymentsPerform payroll checks, reconciliations, and validations, resolving errors, warnings, tax code changes, and discrepanciesManage starters, leavers, statutory payments, deductions, auto-enrolment, and third-party payments, including court ordersRespond to payroll and pension queries, providing clear, professional support to colleagues and stakeholdersMaintain accurate payroll records, reports, and documentation, supporting audits, GDPR compliance, and controlsSupport payroll improvements through system testing, legislative updates, process reviews, and cross-team collaborationExperience And Skills:Strong knowledge of payroll processing, including PAYE, National Insurance, statutory payments, and relevant payroll legislationConfident IT skills, with experience using Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams; payroll system knowledge (such as iTrent) is advantageousHigh level of accuracy and attention to detail, supported by strong numeracy and problem-solving skillsPrior experience within projects: UAT Testing is highly desirableAble to work independently, effectively manage competing priorities, and consistently meet tight payroll deadlinesGood understanding of GDPR, data protection, and compliance requirements within a payroll environmentHow to ApplyIf you feel like you have the necessary experience, please submit your resume by clicking APPLY NOW.Alternatively, please email for more information.The SR Group (UK) Limited is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.TPBN1_UKTJ
