Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated professionals for various roles supporting individuals affected by alcohol and drug use. These positions include Peer Recovery Worker, Team Leader, Recovery Coordinator, and Peer Education Support Worker, each with specific responsibilities aimed at providing compassionate, person-centered support, outreach, and recovery services.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide tailored support and outreach to individuals experiencing difficulties related to substance use.
2. Develop and implement recovery plans, facilitate access to health and social services, and promote social reintegration.
3. Lead and motivate teams to deliver high-quality services, ensuring targets and KPIs are met.
4. Support and educate service users and their families, fostering a supportive environment.
5. Engage in community outreach, education, and harm reduction activities.
6. Maintain accurate records and adhere to safeguarding and information governance policies.
Minimum Requirements
* Lived experience or empathy towards individuals affected by alcohol and/or drug use.
* Relevant qualifications (e.g., SVQ Level 3 in Social Services & Health Care or equivalent).
* Experience supporting individuals in recovery or affected by substance use.
* Excellent communication and IT skills.
* Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle (for roles requiring client transportation).
