AON (BERMUDA) LTD.

We are looking for a Technical Assistant to provide technical support to the M&A and Transactions Solutions Group of Aon (Bermuda) Ltd. If you have high MS Excel proficiency, and are detail oriented, mathematical and analytical, then we want you on the team!


What the day will look like

* Provide technical and administrative support for the team while working alongside other departments.
* Collect and map data from the Transactions Solutions Group.
* Prepare accurate client invoices and ensure the correct premium payments are delivered to carriers in a timely manner.
* Oversight of premium receivables and outstanding cash balances.
* Develop and maintain a variety of databases, including proprietary innovations created by the TS Bermuda team.
* Assist in creating presentations and management of information statistics.
* Coordinate and administer detailed and seamless systems and processes.
* Ensure accuracy of legal documentation.
* Management of assigned accounts.
* Daily written and verbal communication with brokers (local and overseas) and underwriters.
* Ensuring broker activities stay aligned with the business strategy.
* Drafting insurance documentation, communication with clients, and technical understanding of the legal landscape and its interaction with contracts.


Skills and experience that will lead to success

* Undergraduate in data science/mathematics/finance/economics.
* Strong proficiency in Excel.
* Strong mathematic and analytical skills.
* Clear and concise communicator with underwriters and colleagues.
* Experience in insurance/reinsurance favorable.
* Ability to remain detail oriented to maintain standards and accurate reporting in a fast‑paced environment.
* Ability to develop and maintain various client databases and prepare statistics and client presentations.
* Motivated self‑starter who is both effective as part of a team and as an individual contributor with initiative to manage changing priorities.
* The ability to work beyond normal business hours as required.
