IT Support Analyst – On‑Site (5 Days) – Driving Licence & Own Car Required
We are seeking an IT Support Analyst to join our small, high‑performing IT team. This is a fully on‑site, end‑user‑facing role, providing 1st‑line support across two local offices, so a full driving licence and own transport are essential.
Key Responsibilities
* First point of contact for internal IT queries
* Provide face‑to‑face and phone support
* Escalate issues when required
* Assist with hardware/software tasks and office moves
* Support ongoing IT projects
