Join our clients ever growing companiesas a Production Operative, and become an integral part of a dedicated workforce Maintain Product Traceability throughout all processes Complete tasks to the relevant standards set out in the companies standard operating procedures (SOPs) and in a timely manner Report issues to the maintenance department/supervisor that could result in hazard or loss of production Complete work in accordance with route instructions and procedures Maintain company systems and reports with accurate and relevant information Maintain a high standard of housekeeping in area of responsibility and general areas. Ensure all consumable items are accounted for correctly. Mixing and moulding is a key part of the role, so experience with metal and steel is advantageous. Duties Operate power tools and hand tools to assemble products according to specifications Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area Collaborate with team members to meet production goals Requirements Previous experience in a similar role is preferred. Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods of time Strong work ethic and commitment to meeting deadlines Skills: - Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools - Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude - Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Excellent problem-solving skills Shifts Work Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Occasionally required to cover night shifts (6:00 PM to 6:00 AM), with enhanced pay rates for night shifts. £13.10 p/h with 1 hour paid break Due to the nature of the business you will require a British citizenship and police check that the company will complete.
