The Role
As an Academic Support Assistant, you will:
* Support pupils across KS3 and KS4 with their classwork
* Work 1:1 and in small groups to reinforce learning
* Help students understand tasks and stay on track
* Provide targeted support in core subjects where needed
* Work alongside teachers to adapt tasks and resources
* Encourage confidence, independence, and positive study habits
You’ll play a key role in helping students make steady academic progress.
