Demi Chef de Partie – Geko Seaham Hall, County Durham Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum (depending on experience, discussed at interview) Hours: Full-time, 40 hours over 4 days (including weekends & bank holidays) Additional: Share of service charge (approx. £2,000 annually) About the Role We are looking for a talented and passionate Demi Chef de Partie to join the team at Geko, our Japanese-inspired restaurant located within Seaham Hall and Serenity Spa. Inspired by the Japanese word for moonlight, Geko captures the tranquil beauty of County Durham’s starlit skies. Our concept reimagines spa dining with a focus on wellness, balance, and connection. Guests enjoy a calm, contemporary setting alongside a small-plate menu designed for discovery, variety, and mindful indulgence.
