Key Responsibilities Educational Leadership: Contribute to the vision and direction of the school, ensuring the highest standards of teaching, learning, and student welfare. Pastoral Care: Lead on safeguarding and pastoral care, ensuring the well-being and safety of all students. Staff Mentoring: Support, mentor, and motivate staff to foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development. With QTS: You will have significant teaching and/or leadership experience in a school or alternative provision setting. Without QTS: You will have extensive experience in a leadership or managerial role within a related field, such as youth work, social services, or therapeutic education.
