Key Responsibilities:
* Lead by example, building positive and professional relationships with the young people we support.
* Empower young people by supporting them with essential life skills like budgeting, cooking, and preparing for education or employment.
* Mentor, guide, and supervise our fantastic team of Support Workers, fostering their growth through supervision and reflective practice.
* Champion quality and compliance, ensuring all records are immaculate and ready for Ofsted scrutiny.
* Act as a safeguarding champion, ensuring the safety and well-being of our young people is always the top priority.

Candidate Requirements:
* Proven experience working with vulnerable young people (16-21) in a supported living or residential setting.
* Natural leadership skills with experience in mentoring, guiding, or supervising colleagues.
* Rock-solid knowledge of safeguarding and the Ofsted framework for supported accommodation.
* The resilience to stay calm and professional, even when things get tricky.
* A Level 3 Diploma in Children & Young People’s Workforce (or equivalent) is a huge plus!
