Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to assist our Restaurant Manager in the day to day running of our 40 cover restaurant.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality particularly food and beverage, with a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.
As the Restaurant Supervisor, in the absence of the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the restaurant, maintaining high standards of food safety and quality, and leading a team to provide outstanding service.
Responsibilities
* Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring adherence to quality standards and food safety regulations.
* Assist with beverage ordering, stock management and rotation
* Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly and efficiently.
* Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food service while maintaining presentation standards.
* Conduct regular inspections of the restaurant to ensure cleanliness and compliance with health regulations.
* Develop and implement operational policies that enhance efficiency and improve service delivery.
Qualifications
* Must have previous waiting experience
* Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service excellence.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
This is a small dedicated team and would suit someone looking for their first supervisory role

Pay: £12.50 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
