Salary: A GBP 24,120:A GBP 28,434 per annum
Hours: Full Time

Thrive on making the magic happen during every performance? Do you love the buzz and creating unforgettable experiences for audiences and performers? Were looking for a practical, hands:on and passionate Technician for the Theatre. This role is full time, with evenings and weekends required. TOIL will be given for additional hours.
You will:
* Support students and staff in the theatre an studio spaces
* Manage equipment, lighting, sound and staging for performances and events
* Keep spaces safe, organised and performance:ready
* Collaborate with teaching staff to bring creative visions to life
* Lead on health and safety, risk assessments and technical planning
* Help shape the next generation of performers and technicians
You need to:
* Have experience in a theatre or live performance setting
* Have confidence with technical equipment (lighting, sound, multimedia)
* Possess a calm, solutions:focused approach when the pressure is on
* Be a team player who is happy to take the lead when needed
* Be flexible, reliable and ready to roll up your sleeves
