We're looking for a Maintenance Engineer to join our industry-leading manufacturing site. Working on a 3-shift pattern, you'll be part of a fast-paced and collaborative team focused on ensuring minimal downtime and maximum production efficiency.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance on a range of production and packaging equipment
* Troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues to keep operations running smoothly
* Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and root cause analysis
* Working closely with production teams to ensure safety, efficiency, and quality targets are met
* Recording all maintenance activities and contributing to ongoing asset care strategies
What We're Looking For:
* Time-served engineer with a recognised engineering qualification (NVQ Level 3, HNC, or equivalent)
* Experience in a high-speed FMCG, food, beverage, or pharmaceutical manufacturing environment
* Strong fault-finding skills across both mechanical and electrical systems
* A team player who thrives in a fast-moving, shift-based environment
* Knowledge of PLCs and automated systems is a plus
