WHAT’S THE JOB?
We’re seeking someone to bring structure and clarity to our creative processes. A seasoned Creative Operations Director who understands studio workflows and is hands-on in execution.
This senior role involves ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and smoothly. You’ll manage resources, refine workflows, oversee budgets, and support the team and leadership in strategic growth.
You’ll be involved in daily operations, client communications, and team management. Experience with tools like Trello and a proactive approach to process improvement are essential.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Manage daily and strategic operational health of the studio.
* Implement systems and workflows to enhance efficiency and quality.
* Oversee resource planning, utilization, and capacity forecasting.
* Build delivery pipelines from briefing to completion.
PROJECT & ACCOUNT OVERSIGHT
* Monitor project scope, timelines, and budgets.
* Resolve issues and escalate as necessary.
* Collaborate with clients and creative leads for successful delivery.
CLIENT & STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT
* Lead delivery for key clients.
* Support proposals and client onboarding with operational insights.
* Maintain transparent communication on delivery and resourcing.
* Align client expectations with creative capacity.
TEAM & CULTURE
* Foster a culture of ownership and collaboration.
* Assist in attracting top talent.
COMMERCIAL & STRATEGIC INPUT
* Report on studio performance and profitability.
* Contribute to business planning and growth strategies.
* Support client pitches with operational expertise.
