What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience in leisure, hospitality, or a similar high-footfall environment
* Strong leadership, communication, and people development skills
* Commercially savvy with hands-on financial management (P&L experience essential)
* Organised, results-driven, and great under pressure
* Confident managing change, solving problems, and driving performance
