Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00 or 10:00–18:00

About the Role:We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Administrator to join a busy warehouse office team in Cannock. This role involves a mix of administrative duties, customer service, and stock control.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Data entry and updating internal systems
2. Handling inbound and outbound calls professionally
3. Supporting warehouse operations with stock checks
4. General administrative tasks including filing and document management
5. Liaising with customers and internal teams
6. Answering calls
Requirements:
7. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
8. Good telephone manner and communication skills
9. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
10. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
11. Own transport preferred due to location
