Marketing & Business Development Executive
Join Pinsent Masons in a role that combines marketing expertise with business development to support the TSI sector group, focusing on Healthcare and University & HE sub‑sectors.
Role Overview
Pinsent Masons values curiosity, continuous learning, and teamwork. In this position you will join an award‑winning, commercially minded team, work across multiple marketing channels, and contribute to high‑impact campaigns, webinars, events, and collateral creation.
Responsibilities
* Develop and execute marketing and business development campaigns for the TSI sector.
* Plan and run webinar series and in‑person events.
* Leverage social media channels and create brand‑new collateral.
* Prepare and submit Legal Directory submissions and other bid materials.
* Support the Head of TSI BD with strategic projects on an ad‑hoc basis.
* Maintain stakeholder relationships and challenge senior leaders with data‑driven insights.
* Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver outstanding results.
Qualifications
* Experience in business development or marketing, covering bids, market intelligence, PR/comms, events, and general BD.
* Proven ability to draft, collate and submit Legal Directory submissions.
* Strong stakeholder management and challenging ability in senior interactions.
* Exceptional written communication skills.
* Experience with technical BD databases or CRMs.
* Fast‑paced, multi‑tasking capability with a curiosity to learn and take on new challenges.
