* Working to a rota covering 7 days per week
The Role
As Deputy Manager, you'll work closely with our experienced Registered Manager to maintain high-quality services for our residents. Your responsibilities will include:
* Supervising and supporting staff to ensure excellent care delivery
* Managing staffing levels and overseeing schedules to meet the needs of the home
* Contributing to audits and ensuring compliance with safeguarding and CQC requirements
* Providing personal care and supernumerary support when needed

About You
To succeed in this role, we’re looking for someone who has:
* Prior experience at Team Leader or Senior Support Worker level
* A good understanding of medication handling
* Competent IT skills
* NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent qualification) is especially advantageous
