We are seeking a proactive HR Business Partner to join an established team within the Education sector. Based in Liverpool, the position will partner closely with senior leaders and managers to deliver key strategic goals and KPIs. Client Details Our client is a large, complex organisation within the Education sector, known for its collaborative culture and commitment to delivering high-quality services for staff and students. Description As an HR Business Partner, you will partner with leaders to build capability, embed a positive performance culture and promote line manager accountability. You'll manage complex ER cases, support organisational change including restructures and TUPE, and develop strong working relationships with a range of stakeholders, including trade union representatives. You will contribute to cross-functional projects, prepare senior-level reports, deliver training where required, support policy development and play an active role in improving HR and OD processes and systems. Profile Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, ideally within the Higher Education sector or a similarly complex environment. Strong expertise in managing complex employee relations issues and advising managers confidently.
