Commercial Gas Boiler Engineer (Education Authority - Armagh) CLIENT An excellent opportunity for an experienced Commercial Gas Boiler Engineer delivering planned corrective maintenance and technical fault-finding across Education Authority schools and colleges in Armagh and surrounding areas. The Ideal Person Suitable for engineers with commercial gas boiler and plant experience in live environments. You will hold COCN1 / CODNCO1 or equivalent (or be close to completion), have strong fault-finding and corrective maintenance experience, and be comfortable working independently across multiple local sites. FM, healthcare or education experience is beneficial. Full UK driving licence required. Engineers missing one element of certification are encouraged to apply, with training available. Responsibilities Planned corrective maintenance and remedial repairs on commercial gas boiler plant and associated heating systems, including fault-finding, component replacement, compliance checks, documentation, and liaison with helpdesk and site staff, working in line with Gas Safety and H&S requirements. Remuneration Up to £41,000 DOE, 37.5-hour week, company van and fuel card, local travel only, 28 days annual leave including bank holidays, pension scheme, and ongoing training.
