Instrumentation & Control Construction Supervisor
Full time, site based role. PAYE Salary. Approximate 5 year contract (Dependent on project completion).
This role supports the delivery of a Nuclear New Build in Bridgwater. The supervisor will be responsible for the execution of electrical and I&C erection works, managing subcontractors on site, and ensuring safe, high‑quality delivery through to turnover and handover to commissioning.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise electrical and I&C installation and erection works.
* Manage subcontractors and site resources.
* Coordinate with engineering and site management.
* Ensure compliance with QA/QC and EHS requirements.
* Maintain construction, quality and as-built records.
* Manage turnover packages and support commissioning.
* Drive programme, cost control and safe delivery.
Requirements
* Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
* Experience delivering power plant construction projects.
* Strong background in site‑based construction supervision.
* Proven subcontractor management experience.
* Good knowledge of electrical, instrumentation and control systems.
* Fluent in English.
Desirable
* Nuclear or major infrastructure project experience.
* Experience working in multicultural teams.
