We are now seeking a driven and customer-focused Internal Sales Representative to join our busy Newry branch. What You'll Be Doing Internal Sales Provide professional and timely pricing for customer enquiries Follow up on quotations and record outcomes accurately Convert quotes to orders while achieving the best possible margins Process successful quotations efficiently Proactively promote products and services through telesales Offer knowledgeable advice and support to customers Achieve monthly sales targets set by the Branch Manager Build strong working relationships with colleagues, sales reps, and customers General Responsibilities Provide support to other departments as needed to meet customer demand. Participate in stock-taking activities to maintain accurate inventory levels. Ensure full adherence to all regulatory, legal, and company compliance standards. Work collaboratively with colleagues to contribute to overall branch sales performance. Attend training sessions to build product knowledge and support achievement of sales targets. Represent the company professionally, demonstrating courtesy, integrity, and a positive attitude. Maintain flexibility regarding working hours, including the ability to work occasional overtime. Undertake any additional duties needed to support the smooth and efficient operation of the department. Manage pricing enquiries and follow up on quotations to secure business. Achieve sales and quotation targets in line with branch objectives. Demonstrate strong teamwork and a proactive, "can-do" approach. Maintain a results-driven mindset, motivated by achieving and exceeding targets. Manage customer accounts effectively to deliver excellent customer satisfaction. Display strong IT skills, including proficiency across MS Office applications. Bring experience and knowledge from working within a plumbing and heating environment.
