We're looking for an ambitious and high-performing Branch Manager to lead a team, build on their strong local reputation, and drive future growth.
About the Role
This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for a passionate estate agent ready to take full ownership of performance and delivery. As Branch Manager, you’ll lead by example, support and grow your team, and cement the company as the agent of choice.
You’ll be focused on delivering results, driving listings and sales, and building long-term client relationships while contributing to our wider business strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive residential listings, sales, and market share across your local Branch.
* Actively promote the companies brand locally—through boards, sponsorships, and community involvement.
* Lead, coach, and develop a motivated, high-achieving team.
* Deliver consistent sales progression and meet exchange targets.
* Identify and maximise cross-sell opportunities (mortgages, conveyancing, lettings, land).
* Ensure excellent client service, compliance, and operational standards.
* Collaborate closely with lettings and financial services teams.
* Play a key role in local networking and community engagement.
* Contribute ideas and support wider company initiatives and growth strategies.
Experience:
* A top-performing estate agent with proven success in valuations, listings, and negotiations.
