Salary/Benefits: £27k - £43k + Training & Benefits

Experience / Qualifications
* Track record working as an Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst within a UKAS accredited company
* Hold the BOHS P402, P403 and P404 (or RSPH equivalents)
* Fully conversant in HSG 264 and 248 guidelines
* Strong communication skills
* Good literacy and numeracy skills
* IT proficient
* Also considered: P401, P402, P403, P404, S301 CCP
The Role
* Conducting the full range of asbestos surveys (management, refurbishment and demolition)
* Performing re‑inspection surveys
* Collecting ACM samples from site and bagging correctly
* 4 stage clearances
* Air monitoring (personal, leak, reassurance, smoke and background)
* Working across a variety of asbestos removal projects
* Liaising with removal teams to ensure works are completed within industry guidelines
* Producing thorough technical reports and floorplans
* Providing regular updates to clients and technical recommendations
