You will have experience working in a busy restaurant and/or bar and be seeking the next step in your career. You will be the face of the restaurant and bar within our hotel, helping to control the flow and communicate with the kitchen and management team to ensure a smooth and enjoyable dining experience for our guests.
We operate 7 days a week, 365 days a year, and need people to work various shifts and days—great flexibility is required. While we are busier during evenings and weekends, shift patterns and contracted hours can be discussed at interview.
