CLERICAL OFFICER/RECEPTIONIST
GENERAL OFFICE, ABERDEEN ROYAL INFIRMARY
Band 3
15 hours per week
The Administration Department requires a part-time clerical officer covering the General Office and main reception at ARI Concourse The main responsibilities include dealing with patient and visitor queries and other ad hoc enquiries at the main concourse desk, cash handling, payment of patient travel expenses for those in receipt of eligible benefits, and booking travel for patients and staff, along with other varied duties in General Office as requested by Office Manager.
The successful candidate should have a good standard of education, excellent communication skills and experience of dealing with the public. Must be a team player and have the ability to work with minimal supervision.
