Manager - Creative / Design Recruitment
Base - £70,000 - £80,000
Hybrid - 1-2 days a week in the office
Please only apply if you are currently a Principal, Team Leader, Manager or Associate Director in a Creative Recruitment agency, and you can demonstrate personal billings, and team growth over '24 and '25.
The Practice Manager role is responsible for growing and developing a team of Recruiters to deliver against set financial and performance targets alongside personal billing.
You will be motivated to lead by example and contribute to sales performance and drive business development, client growth, and cross-selling opportunities.
Responsibilities
Individual Sales Success
* Lead by example and model "good" recruitment process and activity across the 360-recruitment lifecycle, contributing to sales targets.
* Build and grow a specialist desk within the wider Creative specialism. Focusing on core roles within a defined niche.
* Generate vacancy flow for yourself and wider team through business development activities and developing existing accounts.
* Identifying opportunity to cross sell other specialisms and recruitment solutions (Perm, Contract, RPO and SOW solutions).
* Responsible for marketing and personal brand initiatives to position yourself as a specialist in your niche.
* Delivering against set financial and performance targets, including personal sales target.
Developing Others
* Responsibility for line management for new and/or junior consultants. Developing, training and coaching across a range of experience levels.
* Driving productivity through KPIs and managing resource allocation.
* Leading through best practice and modelling best practice recruitment process.
* Supporting on client and candidate challenges and pitches, identifying solutions and ideas on how to navigate.
* Ensure excellent data hygiene and system usage behaviours.
* Provide on desk advice, support and ad hoc training for all key recruitment skills, particularly business development.
* Ensuring consultants within your practice responsibility deliver against set financial and performance targets. Managing poor performance effectively and creating opportunity for high potentials.
* Identify talent gaps and work with Talent Acquisition to identify talent, recruit and select consultants across a range of experience levels.
Skills and experience
* Experience of managing a team of billing consultants, ensuring overall sales performance meet and exceed sales targets.
* Previous experience of recruiting across various Creative verticals.
* Strong commercial acumen, measuring ROI and identifying strategies for optimum outcomes.
* Demonstrated success in delivery against set financial and performance targets
* Excellent management, coaching and mentoring skills
* Previous experience of business development wins, managing clients, resourcing candidates and closing
* Excellent client management skills, with the ability to build, influence and develop relationships within accounts
* Excellent CRM system usage and an open approach to efficiency tools and automation
