We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing a variety of administrative tasks. Duties
* Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
* Answer and direct phone calls with excellent phone etiquette.
* Manage incoming correspondence, including emails and postal mail.
* Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
* Maintain an organised reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
* Assist with clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
* Use Emis Web for scheduling appointments and managing calendars. .
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth office operations.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in an administrative or receptionist role is preferred.
* Proficiency in computerised systems, particularly Emis Web.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
* Familiarity with general office procedures and clerical tasks.
* A positive attitude and a willingness to assist colleagues as needed.
