Job Description
We are seeking a HR Business Partner to join our HR operational team at our Crick site, supporting multiple sites across the UK. This role is truly generalist, partnering with senior stakeholders and taking full HR responsibility for your sites, managing various projects and initiatives. As this is a multi-site role, regular travel is expected.
The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities with a positive, can-do attitude. Experience in Logistics/FMCG is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities
* Partner with General Managers and senior stakeholders in a day-to-day generalist role
* Manage casework including grievances, performance, disciplinary, and absence matters; coach and develop stakeholders
* Implement and deliver the Group-wide HR strategy
* Manage employee relations issues, especially during change, and maintain relationships with employee representatives and trade unions
* Support the development and execution of people plans across multiple units
* Influence HR policy development and ensure effective performance management processes
* Manage tribunal proceedings with ACAS intervention as needed
* Handle TUPE processes
Qualifications
* Experience advising on HR matters such as grievance, disciplinary, performance management, and absence
* Proven ability to manage cultural change and build trust and openness
* Problem-solving skills, with systemic and expert knowledge
* Proactive, positive attitude
* Experience in Logistics
* CIPD qualification
