Location: Head Office - Weighbridge Site. Directorate: Children and Family Services; Section: Facilities Management (Schools).
Hours: 35 per week. The role is open to both Internal and External applicants.
Grade: Level 5. Actual Salary: £21,516.08 - £23,304.82 (under 5 years local government service); £22,014.24 - £23,844.38 (over 5 years local government service).
Responsibilities
* Manage and motivate a team to deliver catering services within the school environment.
* Ensure good food production and customer service; maintain high standards of quality and nutrition as part of the education process.
Qualifications
* Level 2 Award in Food Safety.
* NVQ Food Preparation and Cooking Certificate.
* Relevant experience in food preparation and catering.
