Job Description
As a Corporate Tax Manager you will be -
3. Managing a portfolio of corporate clients across various sectors
4. Preparing and reviewing corporation tax computations and returns
5. Advising clients on tax planning and tax issues associated with activities such as business acquisitions and mergers
6. Maintaining strong client relationships through regular communication and meetings
7. Assisting with internal risk management processes
8. Providing guidance and support to junior team members
9. Keeping up-to-date with changes in tax law and the impact on clients
10. Actively participating in business development initiatives
The Successful Applicant
A successful Corporate Tax Manager should have:
11. A professional accounting or tax qualification (ACA, ACCA, CTA)
12. Significant experience within a tax role in a professional services firm
13. Strong technical knowledge of UK corporate tax
14. Excellent client liaison and communication skills
15. A proactive approach to problem-solving and delivering client outcomes
