Role
We’re looking for Support Workers to join our vibrant team in Ilminster. This is a full‑time role with shift patterns that include:
* 14-hour shifts
* Day shifts
* Sleep‑ins required
* Weekend work is essential
* 37.5 hours full‑time
You’ll need to be a driver with a full UK licence to use our company cars.

You’ll be supporting two sociable residents with complex health needs. They love getting out and about, so you’ll be joining them for:

Who We’re Looking For
