Key Responsibilities
Design and Technical
* Create and update electrical schematics using AutoCAD
* Design electrical systems for vehicles and auxiliary equipment
* Support PLC programming and control systems design
* Assist in electrical and mechanical testing processes
Leadership and Collaboration
* Lead a small team of electricians to deliver high-quality builds
* Work closely with sales and production teams to refine customer specifications
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system delivery
The Person/Qualifications
* Degree or equivalent in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electronic Engineering
* Proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D design tools
* Experience in electrical design within a manufacturing or engineering setting
* Interest in PLC programming and openness to training
* Knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic systems is a plus
* Experience in team coordination or leadership is desirable
