Key Responsibilities
* Assist clients with booking travel arrangements, including hotels, flights, cruises, and vacation packages
* Provide professional and timely customer support throughout the booking process
* Research travel options and present recommendations based on client preferences and budgets
* Maintain accurate records of client interactions and reservations
* Communicate with travel suppliers to confirm bookings and resolve issues
* Stay informed on travel updates, policies, and available offerings
Qualifications
* Must be 18 years or older
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Customer service experience preferred, but not required
* Basic computer skills and ability to navigate online platforms
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
* Reliable internet connection and access to a computer or smartphone
