Job Responsibilities:
* Provide high-quality care and support to children and young people in a residential setting.
* Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Experience working with children or young people, in a residential setting.
* Relevant qualifications in childcare, social care, or a related field (e.g., NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare ).
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
* Empathy and understanding of the challenges faced by children in care.
* Knowledge of safeguarding policies and procedures.
* Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
* Full UK driving licence is essential.
