My client is looking to review CVs ASAP with interviews taking place within the first few weeks of January 2026 About your role as a Stage 2 Complaints Investigator: Managing all incoming queries and complaints with the support of an admin officer Facilitating and managing the complaints processes across the directorate to signpost accordingly Utilising guidance and the complaints framework to distinguish between corporate and service area complaints and manage accordingly Provide local response – liaising with team managers/service leads or respective service areas Act as point of contact for all complaints coming into the department and provide appropriate de-escalation as needed.
